Your student's data stays in India.

All student conversations, profiles, transcripts, scholarship applications, and voice recordings are stored exclusively in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region — ap-south-1. We do not replicate any student data outside India.

LLM inference happens in the same region; in the rare case Anthropic Claude is invoked cross-region for capacity, only ephemeral input/output pass through and nothing is persisted outside ap-south-1. Our Data Processing Agreement with Anthropic is on file under the AWS Bedrock Service Terms.

NIGOC complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. The full data-handling policy lives on the privacy page; our grievance officer is Niranjan Sethi.
